What's included?

Requirements

The requirements for our consulting services are simple: we need access to your old email server and your DNS records. If you don't know anything about this, our sales team can provide you with further details. We can even contact your provider directly as a last resort. The second requirement is related to the transfer of the old emails. In order for us to successfully transfer your old emails, the old email server needs to support IMAP.

How it works

From your point of view, the entire process is very simple. If you are accessing your email using your browser, the migration will be almost entirely seamless. We will link the old address (ie http://mail.company.com) to the new provider. If you're accessing your email using a desktop-client, such as Apple Mail or Microsoft Outlook, all you will need to do is to change the server address in the settings (we will provide instructions if needed). That's it. Your username and password will remain the same, all your messages will be there and you will still keep your old email address. Your customers won't even be able to tell anything changed.

When it's all done...

Once the migration is completed, we will send you a summarizing transfer report with details about all the transfers. We also give you the option of sending out individual transfer reports to every account holder with details about their particular transfer. The transfer reports includes information such as how many messages were transferred, the size of the different folders, etc.

Starting at only $499 with 10 transfers included, we can make sure your migration runs smoothly. If you need to transfer more than that, our normal rate of $14.95 per account applies. If you are migrating a larger volume of accounts, we also offer volume discount.
