Distribution of Information
We may share information with governmental agencies or other companies assisting us in fraud prevention or investigation. We may do so when: (1) permitted or required by law; or, (2) trying to protect against or prevent actual or potential fraud or unauthorized transactions; or, (3) investigating fraud which has already taken place. The information is not provided to these companies for marketing purposes.
Commitment to Data Security
Your personally identifiable information is kept secure. Only authorized employees, agents and contractors (who have agreed to keep information secure and confidential) have access to this information. All emails and newsletters from this site allow you to opt-out of further mailings.
We do not permanently store any emails. However, we do need to temporarily store the message on our servers to enable us to upload the message to the destination server. It is in our interest (both due to cost of storage and privacy) to store the message as short as possible. The time we store a message is most often less than a day but information may be stored up to 60 days after the completion of the job. After this time the message and associated data is deleted. Data may remain in backups for another 30 days after deletion.
In the case of a suspended transfer, (i.e. a transfer that has been stalled due to an external factor such as invalid credentials), the customer will be notified. If the customer fails to respond and/or fails to resolve the issue, the transfer will be cancelled and deleted after 60 days.
